Why do superiors hold the aim of fear over their employees so tight that they will go to extreme measures to stress upon them the importance of there superiority. The extreme intimidation, that if they do not follow what has been said to them they will be subject to intense pressure to reflect a change of attitude. The attitude in which only they themselves understand. To rule over an employee, the one that has given his talents to a tyrant that tells him he is to tolerate the madness of the firm, and all those illogical operations that continue to exist within. The artist and creator which has giving his best, now only feels he has chosen some form of existence to be able to continue to create and give of his talents only to be told he must walk a line that has been drawn, all within a thin margin.
The creator has now told himself there are stipulation to endure, ones that he does not need to have hinder him while he is expressing his talents (knowing all along that they are to appease the somewhat selected buyer) he becomes emotionally strained to accept this rule of ever-changing standards. I feel then his creations and self motivation becomes one of despair, he is committing a professional suicide that will devour his dream, only to continue in this game of illusion.
